Mike Wessell created Hunting Land Brokers LLC
after realizing that few companies or individuals specialized in North Carolina hunting land,
farmland, timberland, and other recreational land. Mike is an Eastern North Carolina native, born into a family of farmers, fisherman and hunters. He started hunting at age 7 and quickly became and avid duck hunter, deer hunter, outdoor enthusiast, and conservationist like most of the others in his family.
This early love for the land and outdoors is the reason Hunting Land Brokers LLC was created. As North Carolina began developing more quickly and it's farms and woods began to disappear and an alarming rate, Mike realized that there was a need to help those who wanted to own recreational land do so quickly. He decided that the best way to help preserve our farms, timberland and rich sporting heritage was to help others with the same values buy land, see the economic benefit of managing the land for wildlife, timber, and crops and hopefully protect it.
Mike is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate
Broker, has a degree in finance, and has 15 years of experience in financing and marketing real
estate. He understands the benefits of owning land, both personal benefits
